Weekly Update…

Fliers were sent home in Wednesday folders for Muffins for Moms.  We currently have 155 responses for 4th grade and 115 for 5th grade.  The capacity for each day, May 9 (4th grade) and May 10 (5thgrade) is 250. If you plan to attend, response slips are due by Wednesday, May 1.

Central conducted our second lockdown drill today.  Our students and staff did a great a job! 

Drama Club practice will be on Monday until 5:00.  Pick up will be around back.

Testing continues.  The following classes will test this week for math:  Mrs. Hom, Mrs. Tyndall, Mrs. Yanoshak, Mrs. Hobbs, Mrs. Rennie, and Mr. Collins.  Please remember to bring earphones or earbuds if you have them.  Attendance and rest are a part of the key to success. 

On Thursday, Central will have 20 extraordinary projects presented during our Science Fair.  Those participating must have all projects and supplies set up in the by 9 AM in the gym.  We will have judges from the District Office, DelDot, and Delaware State University.  We appreciate them giving their time. 

Central Olympics will also take place on Thursday.  This is a PBS event!

School will be closed Friday, April 19 through Friday, April 26 for Spring Break.  Enjoy your family and friends, relax and have fun and be safe.
