Happy Sunday, Lake Forest High School families! Tomorrow is the day we welcome back our 9th graders whose last names begin with the letters A-J. If they have not done so already, bus drivers will be calling with the time and place of pick-up. Car riders may be dropped off in the front, beginning at 9:15AM. Please wait in your vehicle until someone prompts you to exit, as we will be escorting students to their specific hallways. The bell for block one begins at 9:30AM. Please remember to bring your fully-charged laptops. The text and email of this message include multiple attachments, including the bell and lunch schedules. Please take a moment to review them.
Seniors, tomorrow is senior portrait make-up day. If you were not able to attend your scheduled time earlier in the summer, it is highly recommended that you schedule a time for tomorrow, Monday, October 19. Please contact the main office if you still need your senior portrait. In addition, it is time for cap and gown orders! The attachment is provided with this message. It is also on social media and in your class of 2021 Schoology group. Also, for our AP students, AP test money is due soon. Please contact Mr. Tyndall with questions.
To the classes of 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, last year’s yearbooks are here! Distribution will be on Thursday and Friday during the times listed below. Please review these times closely, as the locations differ slightly. You may contact Ms. Bullock with questions.
9AM-2PM on Thursday in the main office.
3-6:30PM on Thursday in a drive-through manner; please do not get out of your car for this. You will pull into the front lane, provide the name of the yearbook purchaser, and someone will give you your yearbook.
12-3PM on Friday in the same drive-through manner.
Finally, to all of our athletes and their families, due to Division of Public Health restrictions on public gatherings, we are limiting each athlete, including cheerleaders and band members, to 2 athletic admission passes for the sport in which they are participating. We are required to collect contact information for contact tracing purposes. Passes will allow us to obtain this information regarding attendance, as well as ensure we do not exceed the number of permitted spectators. Only LFHS pass holders will be permitted to enter a game. Spectators from opposing teams are not permitted to attend any game. Likewise, LFHS spectators are not be permitted at away games or competitions. Please contact your coach or Mr. Johnson if you have questions.
That is all we have for you today. Enjoy your evening!
