American Education Week

American Education Week is November 12th through the 16th and will present all Americans with a wonderful opportunity to celebrate public education and honor those individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education.

Tuesday, November 13th- Parents and/or Guardians are invited to attend a Principal’s coffee with Lake Forest High School’s administration team in the Media Center at 7:30 am.

Wednesday, November 14th- Parents and/or Guardians are invited to have lunch with their student(s) in the cafeteria during their scheduled lunch.  Additionally, all students and staff are encouraged to wear red to recognize and celebrate ESPs who meet the needs of the whole student.  #RedforED

Thursday, November 15th- Parents and/or Guardians are invited to be a “Guest Hall Monitor” for 30 minutes and/or assist with end of day student dismissal.  

Parents and/or Guardians planning to eat lunch with their student on November 14th and/or participate on November 15th MUST call the main office and speak with Mrs. Sara Kimmey no later than Friday, November 9th to sign up.
