A native Delawarean and graduate of Caesar Rodney High School, following high school Lindsey Bethard attended University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware she majored in Agriculture Education with a minor in Landscape and Horticulture Design. Throughout high school and college Ms. Bethard was heavily involved with the State and National FFA Organizations and also was employed by a local floral shop and landscape company. Her hopes where that along the way, all the real world work experience, and experience with the FFA would one day be helpful to her students. Currently she teaches all levels of Environmental Science and is one of the three Lake Forest FFA Advisors. In Ms. Bethard’s free time she is a hobby florist and gardener for friends and family, in addition to toying around with snowboarding and kayaking, and spending as much time on the beach as possible. Ms. Bethard’s one piece of her advice to her students is don’t stop, just keep pushing.
