Any student planning to play football must have an updated DIAA Sports Physical on the correct form turned in to the main office by Thursday, August 4th in order to practice on Monday, August 8th. Physicals cannot be turned into your coaches. All other fall athletes must have a physical turned in to the main office on or before Wednesday, August 10th, or to our athletic trainer, Tessa Portlock, at the Fall Sports Meeting on August 10th at 6:30 pm. Please see www.spartans-sports.com for the correct forms and information.

Congratulations to all students and families. This school year has concluded, and we made it through a full year of face-to-face learning. This is certainly an accomplishment. The main office will be open Monday-Thursday, 7am-3pm during the summer.
Underclassmen, there are a few unsubmitted laptops. If you are in possession of your student laptop/charger, please bring them to the main office between the hours of 7am-3pm. Laptops require necessary updates for next year. AP and Summer Success Academy students, someone will be in contact with you about a loaner.
Seniors, links to the pictures from senior awards and graduation have been sent via your Schoology account. There will also be an additional message following this one with the same information.
We here at LFHS hope everyone has a happy and safe summer. Thank you all for another great year and we look forward to seeing students on the first day of the 2022-23 school year, Tuesday, September 6. Have a great summer.

LFHS: Good evening, class of 2022 students and families. A few reminders. First, graduation practice begins promptly at 8am tomorrow (Thursday). Please report to the cafeteria. Next, after graduation practice, students will board school buses for the Walk of Fame. The rough schedule is below. Students must bring their graduation gowns for the Walk of Fame, but not their caps. Finally, students will return to school, pick-up their graduation packets, which include four graduation tickets, and be dismissed around 1PM. The graduation ceremony is still scheduled for Friday, June 3, at 6PM. Seniors must arrive no later than 4:30PM and report to the gymnasium. Thank you.

LFHS: Good evening, Lake Forest High School. This message is far all students attending prom tomorrow evening, Saturday May 14. The uncertainty of the weather has resulted in a change of venue for the Grand March. It will now be held in the Lake Forest High School Auditorium. All students and families interested in participating in the Grand March will park in the district office parking lot and enter the school by the pool doors. Students will create a line that will begin in the business hallway. Visitors will wait in the auditorium. Students will walk across the stage, where families will have an opportunity to take pictures. Doors will open at 5:45pm and the event will conclude promptly at 6:30pm so that students will have ample time to eat their dinner and enjoy prom. Thank you for your understanding and see you all tomorrow evening.
LFHS: Good afternoon. LFHS is hosting prom this Saturday, at the Harrington Fair Grounds Exhibit Hall, from 6-10PM, for all who have purchased tickets. The current plan is to also have the Grand March. The weather, however, is questionable. We will continue to monitor the weather and send a message by 3PM on Friday should the Grand March need to be cancelled for inclement weather. Thank you.
