The Delaware Department of Education is asking parents/guardians to participate in this Parent Engagement Survey to improve the special education and related services provided to children with IEPs.
What is the Parent Engagement Survey? The Parent Engagement Survey is given to the parents/guardians of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEP). The purpose of the survey is to provide districts/charters with feedback from parents/guardians regarding their satisfaction with the IEP process.
Parents/Guardians can complete the survey online using one of the links below. Please be advised that parents/guardians will not need to return the paper copy by mail if they complete the survey online. Each family should complete one survey per child (the child's IEP initiation date must fall between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022).
