Holiday Meal Boxes

Click the image below to view the District’s additional meal box distribution sites on December 17, 2020 and January 7, 2021. This Thursday, in addition to our usual boxes, CNS will also be handing out 14 additional days-worth of breakfasts and lunches per child to bridge the gap until we can resume services on January 7, 2021. The additional meals are provided by the Harry K. Foundation in conjunction with the Food Bank. We thank them for their efforts to help our community during the holidays!
Let us take this time to also thank you for your wonderful support of CNS this year – and since the beginning of COVID-19! CNS would also like to thank the administration and custodial and teaching staff in each building for their help with daily duties.
It’s GREAT to be a SPARTAN!

Local Community COVID-19 Testing Information

As we approach the holiday season during this time, there will be three testing locations available to receive COVID-19 testing in Lake Forest School District.  The District has teamed up with Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) to bring these testing locations to our District/community.  Below are dates that COVID-19 testing will be taking plac this holiday season.  Each session will take place from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

While not mandatory, school link above should be completed prior to attending any of the sessions.  The instructions for completing the links are listed below:

  1. Click on the E-Req link
  2. Fill in as much patient info as possible (please note that only PCR testing will be offered at this event)
  3. Select the CCORRECT COLLECTION DATE FOR YOUR EVENT
  4. Click “Create E-Req”
  5. Print out E-Req
  6. Bring the print out to the testing site (BRINGING THE ACTUAL PAPER FORM IN WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME AT THE TESTING SITE!!).

As we approach the holiday season, we hope that everyone stays safe by wearing a mask, socially distancing, and washing your hands. These sites are open to everyone in our community.
