Dear Lake Forest Families,

The Lake Forest School District has partnered with Hometown Drugs (16819, S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952) to provide a free COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for all Lake Forest School District Students age 12 and over. There is no fee or co-pay, but Covid-19 screening and parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18.

  • When: Thursday, June 10, 2021 (First Dose)
                Thursday, July 1, 2021 (Second Dose)
  • What: Pfizer Vaccine – approved by the CDC
  • Where: WT Chipman Middle School Gymnasium  101 W. Center St. Harrington, DE 19952
  • Hours: 3:30pm – 7:30pm (Both doses)
  • How: Pre-registration signup is required. Pre-registration will be open until 12:00pm on Tuesday, June 8.  This clinic is limited to 320 shots.
  • To Participate: PRE-REGISTRATION is required. Please use the links below to sign up for an appointment time.
  • Post-vaccination: Students will be asked to remain for 15-minutes after receiving the vaccination. If there is a history of allergic reaction, you may be asked to wait for 30 minutes.
  • Proof of vaccination: Students will receive a vaccination card at the time of the first shot with the date and vaccine manufacturer – Keep this card!
