150 wt. Class - Nurrideen Statts 1st place – Nurrideen is a two-time Henlopen Conference Champion

Lake Forest High School Choral students presented a fantastic all-state choral concert at Delaware State University tonight! Students Brodie, Elora, Emma and Kaylee got to practice over the past two days with students from all over the state!
Choral teacher Mrs. Laws could not be more proud with how they represented Lake Forest and embraced the amazing musical process!



Check out our Spartan Scholars who attended a visit to DSU Friday! Thanks to coaches Johnson, Hall, and Cornish for taking them and setting the bar high! We are looking forward to the great things these men have in store for them!

Today LFHS went to Delaware State University for the Black Male Initiative Conference. We look forward to great things from these gentlemen!


Dynasty Brewington earned first place in the state of Delaware for the high school division of the InvestWrite essay competition. The University of Delaware will honor Dynasty at a ceremony in May. Congratulations and good work, Dynasty!

On Saturday night a select group of Lake Forest High School students performed in the Kent County Honor Band concert. The honor band is composed of almost 90 students from across Kent County. Such a wonderful performance and a fantastic job well done by all involved!



Governor John Carney and the Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy honored Delaware female high school athletes during a proclamation ceremony for National Girls and Women in Sports. The Day is devoted to recognizing the progress of girls and women in sports, and the benefits that sports and fitness activities can bring to the lives of girls and women. This year’s NGWSD theme is Lead Her Forward, to honor the many ways that sports push girls and women to achieve excellence and realize their boundless potential. Maya Jester represented Lake Forest High School.
