Good afternoon Chipman families!
This is Dr. Cooper calling with a few important announcements. First, we will be hosting a 6th grade walkthrough tomorrow, July 18 from 5:30 until 7:00 in the evening. Families may come at any point during this timeframe. Later this summer, we will be reaching out with more specific information about student schedules and meeting the teachers. For now, this is a chance for our incoming 6th graders to explore the building while completing a short scavenger hunt. We hope to see you tomorrow evening!
Also, the last day for Chipman’s summer programming is next Tuesday, July 25. Families who had students attend our summer programming will be receiving a letter regarding promotion. Please talk to your student to encourage them to work hard over the next week to ensure they have completed enough work to be promoted to the next grade. If you have questions about summer programming, please feel free to call our office and speak to one of the administrators at 398-8197.
We hope everyone is enjoying their summer!
